Delivery times vary depending on the product. Most products typically arrive within 5-12 working days, while a select few may take 2-8 weeks due to being made-to-order. Please see our shipping policy page for more

Yes, once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order's progress via our tracking page on our website.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged item and its packaging, both inside and out, for us to assess and assist you with a replacement or repair. Please see our returns policy for more information.

Rest assured, once you have received the shipping confirmation email your order will have been processed and shipped.
Due to the various shipping companies we use sometimes there can be a little miscommunication between the package and our website. If you notice any issues with the tracking please go to "track my order" and enter your shipping number. If you're still getting the same message after 5 days, please email us at support@monroelighting.com and we will do our best to look into this for you.

We understand that sometimes you may need to modify your order or delivery address. If it's been less than 48 hours since you placed your order and your order has not been shipped, you can cancel it by contacting our Customer Service team. However, if your order has already entered the production process, we are unable able to cancel it.
To change your delivery address, you can reach out to our Customer Service team and provide your order number and email address. You will need to do this within 48 hours of placing your order and your order must not have been processed, otherwise we will not be able to adjust it.
