Monroe Lighting 1-Year Warranty
At Monroe Lighting, we pride ourselves on the quality and reliability of our lighting products. All products purchased through our official website are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty, affirming our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
What Does This Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. Upon successful claim approval, Monroe Lighting will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective due to improper material or workmanship.
Warranty Period
The Warranty Period for Monroe Lighting purchased from Monroe Lighting is 1 year from the date of purchase. A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
The following are not covered by our warranty:
- Products damaged through negligence, misuse, accidental damage, or natural disasters
- Damage from improper operation or installation
- Damage from attempted repair or modifications by anyone other than an authorized repair service
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Wear and tear from normal use
